Secondary Cooling system

This is the secondary cooling system for the throttle body. It consist  of a reservoir, pump, two frontal cooling radiators and 4 inch electric fans, volume meter along with before and after temps.

Four in Radiators with electric fans for the secondary cooling system.
This is the before and after temps of the throttle body off the secondary cooling system.

coolers

We wanted to get the operating temps down below 200.  We installed the Gant 12x10 coolers on the power steering fluid due to the close ratio rack and pinion heat buildup.  The power steering fluid would get hot and the rack would not perform properly.

We also added a Gant 12x10 to the transmission oil.

We installed a
Summit Racing Heat Sink Cooler
to help cool the motor oil ->

We installed a Summit Racing HEAT SINK Tube Cooler for the engine oil. It was placed in the air intake body channel and is hidden from viewing.
